Pre-Sale

Until August 2nd, tickets can be purchased via tickets@ensemblejedermensch.de. Prices and categories can be found here. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. After payment has been registered, you will receive a pickup code.

Picking up pre-sale tickets

Using your individual pickup code, you can get your purchased tickets at the ticket office at any time during the festival. Please do not pick up your tickets right before the event starts, so as to avoid long queues and delays.

Purchasing tickets at the festival

Tickets for events that are not yet sold out will be available for purchase at the ticket office. There will also be Day Tickets available. You will be able to pay cash or card.

In case of event cancellation

If an event is cancelled, you will be refunded the ticket price via bank transfer. For logistical reasons, we will only be able to refund you in the weeks after the festival.

If you bought the ticket at the festival, not in the pre-sale, please come to the Ticket Office so we can get your contact details. Alternatively, you can contact tickets@ensemblejedermensch.de with a photo of your ticket.

At KNALLBRAUSE, we want everyone to feel welcome, regardless of their skin color, gender, sexual oriantation, religion or country of origin. Any form of discrimination, racism, sexism, ableism and intolerance will lead to immediate suspension from festival grounds. We are asking all guests to respect these values and act accordingly.

Attentiveness Team

If you feel uncomfortable in any situation, or happen to observe such a situation, don't hesitate to talk to our Attentiveness Team. They will be on festival grounds at all times and you can spot them via their orange vests. They will help you in your situation and find solutions with you.

The best way to reach our festival is via public transport.

The stop "S-Bahnhof Gohlis" is serviced by tram line 12 as well as the trains S1 and S3. There are only a few meters to walk from the stop, the Budde-Haus is already visible.

The outside area including Main Stage, Mini-Stage, Biergarten and all festival stands are wheelchair accessible. There is also a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

You can pay cash or card at both the ticket office and the merch stand. 

For pre-sale tickets, you can pay via bank transfer or PayPal.

For our Covid rules, we are following the current spread and infection rates of the virus. This page will be updated shortly before the festival.

The "Biergarten unterm Ginkobaum" at the Budde-Haus will open on Thursday and Friday at 4pm and Saturday and Sunday at 12 noon. Food and drinks are available for purchase there.

We have been handmaking KNALLBRAUSE merchandise for months! Visit our merch stand during the festival and check out our hand printed tote bags, knit and crochet coasters and free stickers.
